„Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Hotel nur etwa 150 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt und problemlos zu Fuß und mit Koffer erreichbar. Rascher Check-In und bereitwillige Auskunft über Sehenswürdigkeiten mittels eines Stadtplans. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Großer Tisch, praktische Kofferablage und schmaler Schreibtisch. Zimmer ruhig mit Fenster Richtung Nebenstraße. Matratzen angenehm weich. Großes Bad.
Spiegel über dem Waschbecken schlecht ausgeleuchtet. Zimmer und Bad etwas düster.

„Viel Verbesserungsbedarf für ein 4* Hotel mit Restaurant
Kostenfreies Upgrade erhalten, da Zimmer und Bett zu schmal.
Tiefgarage des Hotels zu eng für PKW, worauf nicht im Angebot zuvor hingewiesen wurde. Öffentlicher Parkplatz musste gegenüber angefahren werden, was so eigentlich nicht gewollt war. Gebuchtes DZ mit Queensize Bett sehr klein. Gardinen sehr staubig und schon gelbbraungrau statt sauber. Matratze des Doppelbettes im Upgrade- Zimmer war zu hart. Lage des Zimmers zur stark befahrenen Straße führte zu starker Geräuschbelästigung trotz doppelt verglaster Fenster. Frühstück geschmacklich sehr fade und für den hohen Preis wenig Auswahl an wertigen Lebensmitteln. Nesprsso- Kaffeekapseln die man in eine deutlich innen verschmutzten Automaten werfen musste und wo sich nachträglich zeigte bei meiner Überprüfung, dass das Wasser nicht nur kaffeebraun ohne Kaffekapsel aus der Maschine läuft, sondern das nicht wirklich heiße Wasser stinkt auch noch nach Fäulnis. Habe danach Magen- Darm- Probleme und Durchfall bekommen auf meiner Weiterreise! Hatte den Mitarbeiter am Frühstücksbuffet angesprochen und ihn die lauwarme, braune und stinkende Brühe riechen lassen. Seine Antwort war:" Das muss so sein, weil es Wasser aus der Kaffeemaschine ist und nicht heißes Wasser aus dem in der Mitte der Maschine platzierten Wasserkran. Keine Antwort auf die Frage, wir oft er oder seine Kollegen/ innen diese Kaffeemaschine innen reinigen! Unglaublich! Ungemütlich war auch der rund um die Uhr ständig in unangenehmer Lautstärke laufende riesige Fernseher, der diesem großen und spartanisch eingerichteten Restaurant ein billiges Ambiente verleiht.
